About Grégoire Michaud

Raised in Switzerland and trained in the art of baking from the age of 15, Chef Grégoire has worked in some of the world’s most celebrated hotels and restaurants.

With an aspiration to redefine and elevate Hong Kong’s bakery landscape, Chef Grégoire started a wholesale bakery specialised in supplying handcrafted sourdough and fine pastries in 2013 and, five years down the line, opened his first neighbourhood shop in Wanchai.

Serving fresh sourdough, fine pastries and friendly smiles, we’re here to brighten up every part of your day.

2013
Skills, passion, and a bakery dream…... this is where the journey begins.

We started donating breads to Feeding Hong Kong and have then been proudly supporting the cause

We imported our own flour all the way from the Suire Mill in France.

It was some of the toughest time but our resilience and passion guided us through. We took a bold step and opened the TST, Stanley and Causeway Bay shops.

Today

Now we have sold over 8 million egg tarts and built a family of over 200 superheroes, baking thousands of breads and pastries every day!
